Air Purifier Efficiency Test – Influenza (June 2020)

This test focused on the removal rates for the H3N2 Influenza A virus (99.96%).

Air Purifier Efficiency Test – Pathogens

This test focused on the removal rates for airborne pathogens, specifically the H3N2 Influenza virus (99.68%), Staphylococcus Albus bacteria (99.60%), Staphylococcus Aureus bacteria (99.62%), and Aspergillus Niger bacteria (99.82%).

Air Purifier Efficiency Test – Smoke, Dust, and Pollen

Intertek Testing Services

Using Tobacco Smoke (particle size: 0.10 – 1.0 microns), AC Fine Test Dust (particle size: 0.5 – 3.0 microns), and Paper Mulberry Pollen (particle size: 5 – 11 microns), the tests showed an average Clean Air Delivery Rate (FT3/Min) of 354.9 for Smoke, 332.8 for Dust, and 362.6 for Pollen.

Air Purifier Efficiency Test – Formaldehyde

Intertek tested the OxyPure’s formaldehyde removal rate. The test shows that at 60 minutes, the removal rate is 91.3462% and at 300 minutes it is 95.1923%.

Ozone Test Report

In this test, Intertek determined that at all fan speeds, and with or without the other filters in place, the OxyPure’s Ozone Emissions were far less than the government mandated maximum level of 0.050 parts per million (ppm), coming in at 0.001 ppm with a maximum time-weighted average of 0.000 ppm.

Air Purifier Efficiency Test – Escherichia Coli

This test specifically focused on the removal rate for the E. coli bacteria. Intertek found that after 2 hours, the OxyPure removed an average of 99.31% of the pathogen.
