Newstyle Direct takes pride in great Customer service and satisfaction. We abide by the Consumer Laws stipulated by the ACCC to ensure your rights are protected as well as ours.

Outlined below are our terms and conditions.  Please read carefully. When you agree to purchase from Newstyle Direct, you enter into a contract with us, and you accept the binding terms and conditions contained in this notice.

1. This sale agreement is legally binding contact between you and Newstyle Direct.
2. All prices include the Goods and Services Tax (GST).  Prices quoted on our website or on our television infomercials may vary from time to time.  If you purchase goods from our website, then the price you pay is the price quoted at the time you place your order with us.  If you purchase goods by calling our call centre, then the price you pay is the price advertised on our infomercial at the time you place your order with us.  You understand that the price quoted on our website may be different from the price quoted by our call centre operators or advertised on television.
3. Access to the Newstyle Direct website shall be provided by your internet service provider.
4. Newstyle Direct reserves the right to change the terms and conditions on this site without notice to you.  You will be bound by the terms and conditions operating at the time you placed your order with us.
5. We endeavour to dispatch our Customer’s orders within as soon as possible after we receive your completed order.  In the case that delay is caused by circumstance beyond our control, you agree that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery .  These circumstances may include, among other things and without limitations, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes or international actions.
6. If your order is delayed for any circumstance beyond our control, you agree that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer from that delay.
7. You must provide us with a valid postal address as well as your current residential address.  You specially agree that we are not responsible for any lost or misdirected mail or shipment to you.
8. Titles to the goods purchased by the Customer remain with us until full payment has been made.  Once the goods are paid for in full, the title will pass to you. Where goods are not purchased for your personal, household or domestic use, Newstyle Direct expressly excludes all conditions and warranties, expressed or implied, as to merchantability, fitness for purpose.
9. If you fail to pay for the goods in the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to take further action and report the issue to Authorities.
10. You must pay postage and handling charges for each item you purchase from us.  These charges are in addition to the purchase price and are not ordinarily refundable.
11. If you return your product, for reasons other than the circumstance of a fault during the warranty period, it will be the responsibility of the Customer to pay return postage or delivery charges.
12. Where refunds are issued for products paid by instalments, only those instalments which have been debited from the customer will be reimbursed (less any postage and/or handling charges)
13. You must call Newstyle Direct to obtain a product return number prior to returning your product.
14. The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all contents and gifts as shipped to you.
15. You must enclose the following details with the returned product:
    • Your name and address;
    • The address the product was sent to;
    • Your product return number (RN);
    • Your invoice number;
    • Your contact telephone number.
16. Newstyle Direct will not be responsible for items that are lost or misdirected.  You are strongly advised to send you returned product by registered post.
17. Newstyle Direct will honour the stated warranty periods stipulated with individual products, provided that the product has not incurred a fault or damage due to misuse, whereby the given instructions / manual has not been read and abided by. For all other cases of fault, Newstyle Direct will provide remedy for the fault by either repair or replacement depending on the assessment by our experienced technician. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced during the warranty period, Newstyle Direct will provide a refund in accordance to the ACCC laws.
18. Newstyle Direct reserve the right to investigate the alleged fault or damage upon receipt.  In the case that a fault or damage has been caused due to misuse, (having not read and followed instructions provided), this may void your entitled warranty period.  If an item is being returned for assessment, the item must be securely packed and protected.  If goods are damaged during delivery or shipping due to unsafe packaging and postage, we reserve the right to return the goods to you.
19. This sale agreement shall be governed by the law of the State of Victoria.
20. Newstyle Direct will not be held responsible where your account or computer terminal is used without your consent.  It is your duty to keep your credit card in a secure location, and not to divulge your details so as to permit unauthorised use.
21. You agree that you are over 18 years of age, and that if you are under the age of 18 years that you are supervised by your parent or guardian whenever you use this website.  If you are under 18 years, Newstyle Direct reserves the right to refuse you service, to terminate your account, or to cancel your contract.
22. Newstyle Direct shall not be responsible for any loss or damages, however occurring, resulting as a consequence of your use of this website.  Limitation of liability is extended but not limited to negligence, consequential, direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profit or any other loss however caused resulting from your use of this website.
23. You acknowledge that we are not the exclusive suppliers of some products. You acknowledge that some of the products we advertise for sale may be available at other suppliers that are independent to us.  You must not return goods to us that you have purchased form another supplier.  We shall return to you any goods that you have not purchased from us at your cost.  You authorise us to provide your personal details to any law enforcement agency if you claim a refund, repair or replacement from us to which you are not entitled.
24. You must retain your receipt as your proof of purchase from us.  We may ask you to send it to us to verify your claim.
25. All prices include the Goods and Services Tax (GST)
26. All invoices are payable in full before delivery, with the exception of the products that have a 3 easy time payment plan option available.
27. Newstyle Direct reserves the right to charge interest to the Customer on overdue accounts at the interest rate of 10% per annum.
28. Newstyle Direct will make a reasonable effort to ensure that information on the website is accurate and correct, based on information provided to us by Manufacturers / Suppliers.  Newstyle Direct assumes no liability for any errors or omissions contained on the website.
